1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a booking request, or receiving any service from Quick Glam Home Salon, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services, whether booking online, via phone, or via WhatsApp.

2 Our Services

Quick Glam Home Salon provides professional home beauty services including but not limited to:

• Bridal, party, and engagement makeup
• Facial and skin care treatments
• Hair spa, styling, and care
• Waxing, threading, and grooming
• Manicure, pedicure, and nail care
• Mehendi (henna) application

All services are performed at the client's residence or a location specified at the time of booking, within our serviceable areas in Ludhiana and surrounding regions. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3 Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from a Quick Glam team member via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee an appointment.

• Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance for same-day appointments (subject to availability)
• Bridal and event bookings are recommended at least 7–14 days in advance
• We will contact you within 2 hours of a booking request to confirm your appointment
• Providing accurate contact details is the client's responsibility

4 Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation with 24+ hours' notice: No charge. You may reschedule free of cost
• Cancellation within 2–24 hours: A convenience fee may apply for standard services
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: The full service fee may be charged for bridal and premium bookings
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability

Quick Glam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full reschedule or refund.

5 Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers
• Additional charges may apply for travel beyond standard service areas or after-hours requests
• No hidden charges will be added without prior communication and consent

6 Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best experience for you and our beauticians, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate address, contact information, and service details at the time of booking
• Ensure a clean, well-lit space is available for the beautician to perform the service
• Be available or have a representative present at the scheduled time
• Disclose any known skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the service begins
• Ensure the safety and comfort of our beauticians during the visit
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism at all times

7 Health & Safety

The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.

• All Quick Glam beauticians are certified professionals trained in hygiene and sanitation protocols
• We use only branded, tested, and dermatologically-considered products
• Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or ongoing skin treatments before the service
• Quick Glam is not liable for adverse reactions arising from failure to disclose known allergies or sensitivities

8 Professional Conduct

Quick Glam Home Salon maintains a strict professional environment. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a service and leave the premises if our beauticians experience any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, threats, or unsafe conditions. Full service charges may be levied in such situations.

Our team is trained to deliver professional beauty services only. Any requests outside the scope of our defined services will be politely declined.

9 Limitation of Liability

Quick Glam Home Salon's liability in any matter shall be limited to the value of the service provided. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Allergic reactions where the client failed to disclose known sensitivities
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, emergencies)
• Loss or damage to personal property at the client's premises during the service visit

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Quick Glam logo, service descriptions, photographs, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Quick Glam Home Salon and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11 Grievance Redressal

We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of the service via phone or email
• Provide details of the concern and, where relevant, supporting photographs
• We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

13 Changes to Terms

Quick Glam Home Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
